A consultant Surgeon is required for this exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist Plastic Surgery services to patients. In this role, you will promote patient safety and quality of care. You will provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for doctors in training, Health Service Medical Practitioners, and other health workers. In collaboration with the Head of the Department and other Consultants, you will work to achieve national performance standards and targets.
This role is located at one of the fastest-growing health services in Western Australia and comprises two hospital campuses. In addition to community and mental health services, the facility is focused on providing high-quality general medical, surgical, and mental health services as well as outpatient care.

Applicants should be registered (or eligible for registration) as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia and be a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Physicians (FRACP) or equivalent as an overseas trained specialist who has completed their training in either the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA or New Zealand.
