- Outpatient clinic and inpatient consultation service
- 2 weeks at a time, covering one hospital only
- Typically, (2) 1/2 clinics per day; during inpatient weeks, reduced to (1) 1/2 clinic daily
- BC physicians have opportunities to step into higher roles, including medical director positions
