Consultant Plastic Surgeon – Dubai
We are partnered with a rapidly expanding, high‑profile hospital network in Dubai that is investing heavily in advanced clinical services, research, and academic development. As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to lead, shape, and elevate their Plastic Surgery service.
Essential Criteria
🏥 Proven Consultant‑level experience within reputable or high‑volume centres (3+ years)
📄 Eligibility for licensure with DHA or DHCC (Board Certification ABEM / CCT / Specialist Registration or equivalent)
💡 Strong clinical judgement, technical ability, and patient‑centred outcomes
🌍 Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multicultural healthcare environment
🗣️ Fluent English (written and spoken)
Desirable Criteria
🌏 Previous international experience, ideally within the Middle East
📚 Academic involvement – research, publications, teaching
🧭 Experience in service development, leadership, or governance roles
