Dubai’s rapidly expanding healthcare sector is seeking highly trained Diagnostic Radiologists to join leading private hospitals and imaging centres. This position is ideal for general radiologists or radiologists with broad experience across modalities who are interested in relocating from the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret diagnostic imaging including:X‑ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound
- Basic nuclear medicine studies (advantageous)
- Mammography (optional depending on facility)
- Provide timely, accurate reports using modern RIS/PACS systems.
- Perform image‑guided procedures such as:Ultrasound‑guided biopsies & drainages
- CT‑guided interventions (optional depending on skillset)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, physicians, and emergency clinicians.
- Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and departmental clinical governance.
- Contribute to departmental protocols, workflow improvements, and diagnostic accuracy initiatives.
Required Qualifications
For US Candidates
- American Board of Radiology (ABR) certification
- Completed an ACGME‑accredited residency
- Fellowship training welcome but not required
General Requirements (All Applicants)
- Broad experience in general diagnostic radiology
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and obtain DHA or Dubai Healthcare City licensure
- Experience with modern PACS/RIS systems
Preferred/Desirable Experience
- Subspecialty interest (e.g., MSK, Neuro, Body, Breast)
- Experience in a high‑volume imaging environment
- Teaching or supervisory background
- Additional language skills (Arabic not required)
