The Ideal Clinical Director:
📍 Ideally 3+ years Clinical Leadership experience
📍 Extensive experience at Consultant level in any specialty
📍 Academic background (Professorship / University affiliation desirable)
📍 Fellowship trained with a strong publication & conference portfolio
📍 Ambitious, motivated to build, lead, and shape services
📍 Commercially aware and confident in developing a patient following
