ENT Consultant – Relocate to Dubai
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an experienced ENT Consultant to provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance. The role combines clinical excellence with mentorship, education, and continuous improvement in practice.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver comprehensive, ethical, and patient-focused ENT clinical care across all relevant settings
-Identify, assess, and manage clinical risks associated with patient care
-Ensure strict adherence to clinical governance, quality standards, and patient safety protocols
-Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records
-Support professional growth by mentoring and training junior doctors and medical students
-Participate in continuous professional development, keeping up to date with best practices in ENT
-Conduct clinical duties with integrity, accountability, and the highest professional standards
Education & Qualifications
-At least 2 years of Consultant-level experience
-Recognised ENT Qualifications
-Ideal candidates must hold specialist credentials including:
United Kingdom / Ireland:
CCT in Otorhinolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery (CCT ENT)
United States / Canada:
American Board Certification in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery (USA)
Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification in Otolaryngology
Australia / New Zealand:
Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons – ENT (FRACS ENT)
South Africa:
Fellowship of the Colleges of Surgery of South Africa – ENT (FCS ENT [SA])
Ideally, candidates will have at least two years of post-certification Consultant-level experience
Skills & Competencies
-Ability to mentor, supervise, and train junior medical staff and students
-Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Understanding of clinical audits, quality improvement, and governance processes
-Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
Remuneration & Benefits
-Competitive annual salary: €195,000 – €308,000 (~780,000 – 1,232,000 AED) depending on experience and qualifications
