What Fellow Adventurers Say

“When my partner had the opportunity to move abroad, we were excited, but when I tried to figure out the regulations and logistics about telepsychiatry practice, I was overwhelmed. The consultation from Hippocratic Adventures helped to quickly figure out the basic regulatory issues, but an unexpected bonus was it was also a useful opportunity to reflect on the way I run my practice and other opportunities for reducing pain points and focusing in on the kind of practice I want to have. I’m not only reassured, I also feel more clarity around how I run my practice in the first place, and practicing abroad is in some ways even easier than the way I was doing things before. Thanks!”

CARL F., MD

Now in Portugal

“Before the guidance session, it was hard to figure out which elements to prioritize to start a telepsychiatry practice abroad. I felt stuck. The guidance session helped me take the first step towards starting my move and gave me a clear roadmap

DR. A

Psychiatrist

“Dr. Wolofsky was very knowledgable about Canadian licensing for foreign physicians and was very supportive as she guided me through this daunting process. I can’t imagine trying to figure out the ropes without her and am so grateful to Hippocratic Adventures for connecting us.”

PALLIATIVE CARE & GERIATRIC DOCTOR

“My consult with Dr. Bojarski was extremely helpful to me on multiple levels including, but not limited to conceptual, logistical, financial and practical. I had already begun taking steps to develop a virtual private practice and the guidance Dr. Bojarski was able to provide has already simplified the process and saved me a considerable amount of money. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to develop a telepsychiatry practice.”

DR. LISA LLANAS AND BOB

Psychiatrist

The guidance service mentor, Dr. Kayla Wolofsky, did a thorough and realistic discussion of how medical practice is in Canada and the hurdles we might face. She also explained multiple solutions or ways to overcome them. Overall, we are very glad that we decided to use the guidance service. This gave us a much clearer view of the path to Canada.

DR. VINEETHA JOSE

Palliative Care

“I had a very informative session. The ground work that the co founders have done to help navigate through the process of telemedicine is commendable. They did share a lot of good and useful information.”

DR. PRIYANKAR SHARMA

Family Medicine

“Dr. Emeric Bojarski is extremely helpful in providing an overview of what a telepsychiatry practice from abroad would look like. He is very knowledgeable about different services available to accomplish this goal. For example, we were able to compare different EMR’s and decide which one was best for me. He gave priceless advice on structuring. Emeric is also charming and made the whole experience fun and pleasant.”

DR. NADIA

Psychiatrist

“Wonderfully helpful in getting me set-up and allaying my fears!.”

(10 months later, in Germany)

“So far, living the dream! Thank you again for your help and connection.  It hasn’t been an easy move, but knowing the community is there for support has been of great solace”

DR. RUSSELL

Psychiatrist,
Now in Germany

“It was really helpful to start identifying goals and potential barriers. Being able to talk to someone who has successfully moved abroad was extremely valuable however the most valuable part was seeing it through a physician’s perspective.”

DR. ANKITA DESAI

OB/GYN

“It gives you hope that it can be done and the support for one another is just invaluable!”

DR. VK

HOSPITALIST

“After the guidance session I felt re-energized, after feeling discouraged when I was searching on my own. They have the lived experience to guide you. “

DR. CHRISTOPHER ROBERTSON

“The guidance session was very helpful. For a physician on the fence about signing up for one-on-one guidance, I would say it was excellent!
