1. Complete the Intake Form
Then we’ll review the comprehensive intake form, and send you an invoice. Once paid, you’ll connect with your physician guide!
2. Meet with your Adventure Guide
Coordinate and meet with your Adventure Guide for a video consultation. During the session, your Guide will answer questions and you’ll collaborate on figuring out your next steps.
3. Get Your Roadmap to Adventure
Your guide will highlight the key elements of your session and create a personalized Roadmap to embark on your own Hippocratic Adventure.

What are the credentials and experience of the person who'll be providing guidance?
You’ll meet with one of the Co-Founders of Hippocratic Adventures – Dr. Ashwini Bapat or Dr. Emeric Bojarski.

They draw upon their personal experience and experience guiding other physicians through the process. They’re dedicated to sharing what they’ve learned to make the process easier for you.
They may also share their general experience with immigration and expat taxes. Importantly, they are not immigration experts or tax professionals.
Do the guides fill out and submit the licensure paperwork on our behalf?
Our guides can help you through the paperwork – offering tips and tricks and helping you problem-solve. They will not complete the paperwork on your behalf.
When does the 30 days of email support start?
We provide a complementary 30 days of email support which starts after your guidance session. We also know that sometimes email just won’t do – that’s why we offer follow-up sessions when you need it!
What if I need more support as I go through the relocation process?
We got you!
Exploring the options, getting your family on board, getting licensed, finding a job, and moving abroad does not happen overnight! Most people will have questions that pop out throughout the relocation process.
That’s why we offer follow-up sessions when you need them. Just contact us and we’ll get it scheduled.
Do you offer advice in regards to immigration?
We can provide general information about the immigration strategies. However, we are not immigration lawyers. For more detailed questions you’ll want to connect with an immigration lawyer or an immigration expert.
Do you offer guidance to NPs or PAs?
The regulations and opportunities for physicians may differ from those for for NPs and PAs. Because of this, we focus on guiding physicians since this is where we excel.
